Clean scheduling.
A clear scope, a reviewed schedule, and an agreed arrival plan. The operating standard we’re building toward—not a live dispatch promise.
Equipment. Operator. Intent.
Heavy equipment. Clean-shop thinking. A more deliberate way to plan the work, understand the numbers, and move the ground.
The Pinnacle direction
We’re building a technology-led equipment brand, not another rental counter. Precision in the plan. Practicality in the dirt. These are our intended operating standards—not claims of connected, live operations.

Separate the machine, the attachment, and the billing clock. Know what is included and what still needs review.
Deliberate communication from job fit through closeout. A directional standard, not a guaranteed response time.
Current fleet / 01—02
Start with the task. Choose the iron. Both machines are $175/hour with an operator and a four-hour minimum. Job fit and attachment compatibility require review.
01 / CURRENT FLEETCompact track loader
Grading / material handling / attachment work
02 / CURRENT FLEETCompact excavator
Excavation / trench work / site preparation
Published attachments are additional. Pier Driver: cost per pier; dollar rate is not set and is excluded from estimates. Supplied visual-baseline imagery does not verify current machine condition, technical specifications, or job availability.
The four-hour minimum gives a $700 machine subtotal. Attachment usage is additional, not bundled into that minimum.
Standard billing is door to door: departure from the travel origin through return. Enter expected billable hours, including this travel time.
For approved onsite multi-day work, later days begin at operator arrival/machine start. The operator arrives and starts the machine; return-to-yard travel is not added to those later days.
Attachment hours, concrete yards, and pier counts stay separate. Pier pricing is unknown and excluded. Taxes and other approved extras are not calculated.
Intended operating process
The local builder makes the pricing model tangible. No live availability, request delivery, or automatic reservation sits behind it.
Choose a machine, describe access and scope, and enter expected usage.
Review machine hours and attachment quantities. Unknown pricing stays visibly excluded.
The intended operating process calls for manual job-fit, timing, and logistics review. This sandbox sends nothing.
Roadmap / not current inventory
A longer-term direction for equipment and site logistics. No launch dates, availability, or future rates are promised.
Additional equipment categories, selected around real job demand.

Either current machine with an operator at $175/hour, with a four-hour minimum ($700 machine subtotal). Attachments are additional at the listed hourly or per-yard rates. The Pier Driver dollar rate remains unknown.
No. This is a local sandbox. All entered details are held only in temporary page state. No live availability is shown and nothing is sent, saved to a database, or reserved.
Standard billing is door to door. If equipment is approved to remain onsite, later days begin at operator arrival/machine start. The demo adds those entered hours without reapplying the day-one minimum.
